On November 28th, 2024 EU and Global Governance Lead Frederike Kaltheuner provided Expert Consultation to discuss challenges, good practices, and lessons learned in applying the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to the activities of technology companies, including activities related to artificial intelligence (HRC resolution 53/59):
